Eligibility to Purchase
The purchase of merchandise through abbotmain.com is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA.
In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Abbot Main terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Abbot Main, and who have authorized Abbot Main to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Abbot Main reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Abbot Main offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center.
Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Abbot Main are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
Abbot Main attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Abbot Main does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Abbot Main itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our Web site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.
With respect to items sold by Abbot Main, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Abbot Main does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card.
